Dream journal + Reality check every 30/60 minutes.

Reality check being trying to put your finger thourhg the palm of your hand, trying to breather through your nose while you pinch it, looking at a clock/screen/mirror then turning away and looking back to check if it's the same and generic asking yourself if you're dreaming and telling yourself you're dreaming.

The problem for me is even if I could do that I wouldn't know because I can never remember my dreams.

That does make sense. Hmm. I'll try it when I can sleep

The problem for me is even if I could do that I wouldn't know because I can never remember my dreams.

This is why you dream journal, even if you wake up and dont remember the dream write in the dream journal that you feel annoyed because you didn't remember your dream.

Also a dream journal should be specially put aside to be a dream journal, maybe with a special pen as well so your brain registers just how important dreaming is to you.

My dreams are scary. It's because of the helplessness of it, but then somehow, I can lucid dream my way out of it. Randomly though.

I have this weird thing of getting bored of myself dreaming, so I have worked out this technique.
For some reason, in ALL of my dreams, if I jump, I don't land, I just fall flat on my face.
Due to falling on my face, my body wakes me up out of shock, and I always manage to remember jumping, even if I don't remember the rest of the dream.
So if I get bored/scared, I just jump, and the problem solves itself.
